NEC stay was lovely

The staff shined. They were very nice and went above expectations to assist me. The room was very clean and i found the amenities to be superb. I loved the beds and the pillows. The view of the lake from the room was also special.

The carpark is a ten minute walk away, a bit challenging when arriving late at night. i had to walk in the wind and the rain from the carpark.

the receptionist was cute and helpful. he gave me a choice of floor. he gave me the room with the best view.

the room wasnt cleaned on second day, i had to go to reception because water and coffee wasnt topped up. the cleaner claimed i had put do not disturb on the door, it wasnt correct. a noisy person above me woke me up, it was noisy after 11pm at night and early morning.

the location is excellent for accessing the nec. the room was clean and compact, offering the essentials. i found the staff to be pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. the vibrant atmosphere was appealing.

the complimentary drink card was hidden in the key wallet, so i wasn't informed about it upon arrival.

The breakfast was excellent. I found plenty of choices. I also really liked the modern and vibrant interior with a great bar and restaurant. Food and drink seemed top notch. I didn't realize breakfast was included. That was a nice surprise.

The room felt quite basic. The bathroom seemed tiny. The air conditioning did not appear to work. Despite the colder weather outside, the room was still like a sauna.
